1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 999det platform and its website, mobile application, and related services. By registering on 999det or using the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform. 999det reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.

Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply alongside these Terms. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between 999det and the user.

2. Account Registration

An active account is required to use all services on the 999det platform. At the time of registration, you must confirm the following:

• All information you provide is true, accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You will operate only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be cancelled.
• You will keep your account login details completely confidential and will not allow any third party to use them.
• To change the name, date of birth, or contact information provided at registration, you must contact the support team.

The responsibility for keeping the account secure rests entirely with the user. If anyone uses your account without authorisation, you must notify the 999det support team immediately.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals above a certain amount or in cases of suspicious activity, 999det may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the KYC process is completed.

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

The minimum age to use the 999det platform is 21 (twenty-one) years. Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and use any service on the platform.

By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate cancellation of the account and the deposited funds may be forfeited.

In addition, using the platform from any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited is not allowed. It is your own responsibility to comply with the applicable laws in your area.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on 999det is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposited funds must come only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third-party account or card is strictly prohibited.
• The deposit process is usually instant. If there is any delay, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals will be sent only to the method used at the time of deposit.
• KYC verification may be required to be completed before a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held in cases of suspicious activity or rule violations.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

4.3 Currency and Transactions

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If any currency conversion fee applies, it will be at the rate set by the payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

999det offers various bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms and conditions:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳26,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and a total balance of ৳41,000.

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, a 10x wagering requirement on the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. Unused bonuses are cancelled once the period expires.
• Each user may claim each promotional offer only once.
• If a user attempts to abuse bonuses or collect bonuses through multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled.
• Separate terms and conditions apply to the cashback bonus under the VIP program.
• 999det reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to sports betting, casino games, and other gaming services on the 999det platform:

• A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets affected by technical issues or incorrect odds/payouts may be reviewed.
• 999det's decision is considered final in determining outcomes.
• In sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• 999det is not liable for delayed connections or information display in live betting.

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by third-party software providers. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are completely unbiased. Detailed rules for any specific game can be found within that game.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 999det platform. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Fraudulent activities, hacking, manipulation, or the use of any dishonest methods.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassment, intimidation, or harmful behaviour towards other users.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

999det reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information or document forgery.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

Users may also request account closure at any time. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, but all bonus balances will be cancelled.

999det does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, information may be shared when required by legal obligations, regulatory authority directives, or fraud investigations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 999det is not liable for the following:

• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — natural disasters, cyber attacks, and similar events.

999det always strives to ensure fair play. In the event of technical issues, the highest level of cooperation on behalf of the user is assured.

12. Changes to Terms

999det reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via a notification in their account or by email.
